  1. High Energy def. The Bushwhackers when Owen Hart hit Luke with the missile drop kick from the top rope

  2. "Rowdy" Roddy Piper def. The Mountie with the sleeper hold.  The Mountie attempted to shock Piper with the camel prod but Piper had a shockproof vest on.

  3. Tatanka def. "The Model" Rick Martel via DQ when Martel hit Tatanka with a chair.  Afterward, Martel stole Tatanka's sacred feathers

  4. Natural Disasters def. Money Inc. (c) via countout when Money Inc deserted the match (for the World Tag Team Championship)

  5. The British Bulldog def. The Warlord with the running powerslam

  6. "El Matador" Tito Santana def. Virgil with the figure 4 leglock

  7. The Ultimate Warrior def. Papa Shango with the gorilla press slam

  8. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan & Sgt. Slaughter def. Nasty Boys when Duggan hit Saggs with the running clothesline

  9. Bret Hart (c) def. Shawn Michaels via DQ when Sherri hit the referee with her shoe (for the Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship)

  10. "Macho Man" Randy Savage def. Jake "The Snake" Roberts with the flying elbow in a "Retirement match."  After the match, Savage attempted to assault Roberts with the bell but officials prevented him.  Elizabeth entered the ring and smacked Roberts in the face.

  11. The Legion of Doom def. The Beverly Brothers when LOD hit Beau Beverly with the doomsday device

  12. The Undertaker def. Sid Justice with the tombstone piledriver.  During the match, Paul Bearer knocked out Harvey Wippleman with the urn.  

  13. Big Bossman def. Berzerker with the sidewalk slam.

  14. Hulk Hogan (c) def. Ric Flair via reverse decision DQ (for the World Heavyweight Championship).  During the match, Flair knocked out Hogan with brass knuckles then pinned him.  Flair was announced as the new World Heavyweight Champion however, the referee reversed the decision in favor of Hogan when ringside officials told him what happened.  Hogan, Flair, and Mr. Perfect began brawling in the ring and many officials tried to break it up.  This caused Jack Tunney to come to ringside and, during the mayhem, Hogan accidentally shoved President Jack Tunney who fell out of the ring.

 

AFTERMATH:

  • Jack Tunney ruled that, during the main event, the referee's original decision was final.  Therefore, Ric Flair was the new World Heavyweight Champion.  

  • Jack Tunney suspended Hulk Hogan indefinitely for shoving him during the match.  Also, after Tunney's decision to make Flair champion, Hogan went to Tunney's office and "trashed" it.  Tunney found Hogan's behavior unacceptable, therefore the suspension.

  • Harvey Wippleman vowed revenge on the Undertaker and he didn't care who he had to get to avenge him.  Eventually, he attained the services of Kamala.

  • Razor Ramon debuted in the WWF and eventually teamed up with "El Matador" Tito Santana.  They formed a new tag team called "Machismo"
