Summer Slam '85 Rebooked

  1. The British Bulldogs def. The Hart Foundation when Davey Boy Smith pressed the Dynamite Kid overhead then Dynamite Kid did a flying headbutt on Bret Hart.  Hart was knocked out when Jimmy Hart mistakingly hit him with the mega-phone.

  2. Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat def. Adrain Adonis with a karate chop to the head from the top rope.   Aftermath:  Jimmy Hart filed a petition with President Jack Tunney to have Karate maneuvers barred from the WWF.

  3. The Junkyard Dog def. Terry Funk via DQ when Funk hit JYD with his branding iron.  Then, Funk “branded” JYD.

  4. Nikolai Volkoff & Iron Shiek def The Killer Bees when Brian Blair submitted to the Shiek’s camel clutch.  This was after The Shiek hit Blair with his loaded boot in the face.

  5. Tito Santana (c) def. “The Magnificent” Muraco (for the Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship).  Muraco attempted to hit Santana with nunchucks while the referee was distracted by Mr. Fuji, however Santana stole the nunchuks away from Muraco and hit him behind the referee’s back.

  6. King Kong Bundy def. Uncle Elmer with the splash.

  7. The Dream Team (Valentine & Beefcake) def. The US Express (c) (Rotundo & Windham) when Beefcake knocked out Windham with brass knuckles (for the World Tag Team Championships)

  8. Andre The Giant and “Big” John Studd fought to a no contest in a lumberjack match when all the lumberjacks got involved and the match turned into a battle royal.

  9. “Macho Man” Randy Savage def. George “The Animal” Steele.  Savage delivered the double ax-handle from the top rope inside the ring as Steele was distracted by Elizabeth who was outside the ring.

  10. Hulk Hogan & “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndorff def. “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “Ace” Cowboy Bob Orton when Hogan hit Orton with the atomic legdrop after Orndorff piledrived Orton.
